Holiday Closure The library will be closed July 4th-6th in observance of Independence Day.

Out of State Fee Increase Beginning June 1, 2025 the fee for out of state library accounts will increase to $50 per year. The annual fee will be waived for any out-of-state resident who works in Townsend - supporting documentation will be required. Out-of-state fees may be paid by cash or check only - checks should be made out to the Town of Townsend.
